Main Hall Length 17.0m 55ft- 6ins Width   7.6m 25ft- 0ins Clear height   2.6m   8ft- 6ins These dimensions are accurate but if size is critical it would be wise to check that what you are proposing will fit.    The south facing wall of the hall consists of end to end windows which give very good natural daylight, perfect for artists and visual displays.   Draw curtains are installed to all windows.   There is some limited lockable space for regular users to leave equipment.    There are 16 tables and over 100 chairs.   A small self erect stage is available which is ideal for a DJ or small group. Lighting   is by fluorescent tubes.  (10 x 65W) Heating   is by high level infra red heaters.    These give immediate warmth by radiation and quickly achieve overall comfort even in very cold weather. (14 x 1KW) Electricity.  There are 12 x 230V 13A socket outlets (6 doubles)  distributed around the hall.    The electrical installation is professionally inspected and tested by a NIC EIC approved contractor annually. Kitchen Large L shaped kitchen with: Domestic sized all electric cooker (soon to be upgraded to double cooker using a grant from Brands Hatch Families Day 2016) New windows fitted March 2017 Fridge / Freezer Stainless steel double sink with H&C water Generous work surface areas Large electric urn Kettle Large range of china available.   No cutlery or cooking equipment such as pans and tools. Toilets Ladies toilet with two WCs and hand basin with H&C Gents toilet with two urinals and one WC and hand basin with H&C Disabled toilet with WC and hand basin with H&C.  Alarm fitted All consumables are included in the hiring fee Other Entrance foyer with two noticeboards There is no hard wired phone on the premises Up to date annual inspections of electrical installation and fire protection equipment Thoroughly cleaned weekly by our efficient and friendly cleaner, Suzie “Henry” style vacuum cleaner, brushes and brooms etc. available to clients Car parking All refuse to be removed by hirer.   There is NO refuse collection from the hall.   Please see Conditions of Hire.
