A non-returnable deposit at least one third of the cost of the booking is required to secure the booking. If the full hire charge, including the £100.00 bond, is not paid by the commencement of the hire period, it will be assumed you do not wish to continue and the booking will be cancelled.

Do I need to pay a bond?
A £100 bond is required before the commencement of the hire period. The bond will be refunded within 28 days of the termination of the period of hire provided that no damage or loss has been caused to the premises and/or contents nor complaints made to the Village Hall about noise or other disturbance during the period of the hiring as a result of the hiring.
