New Roof Covering The main roof of the hall has been re-felted by Oakfield Flatroofiing using Soprema products.  The materials and workmanship are covered bya 15 year warranty backed by the felt manufacturer.   Some gutter and fascia repairs were also carried out. Work completed 10 August 2018 Cost £11,520 including VAT. Porch The porch has been refurbished.  The work included refacing the internal surfaces, fitting weather strips to door and external porch edges, replacing two broken glass panels and strip / varnish doors.  Work completed by SMS Painting and Decorating on 10 August 2018. Cost £550 VAT not payable. Incoming Electrical Cables The incoming three phase supply to the Hall had to be diverted to facilitate the roof repairs.  This was because it was fitted to the fascia that was rotten and falling apart.  The cables are now in a conduit under the eaves of the building and relatively shetlered from the weather.  The work was done by UK Power Networks on two dates in July 2018. Cost £654 including VAT
